Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has avoided being charged by local police.
The Mirror reports Fellaini was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving just hours after he helped his team beat Liverpool.
The 27-year-old midfielder later walked free when a second breath test taken in a police station found he was under the limit.
The Red Devils had earlier thrashed Liverpool 3-0 at home in a Sunday game.
Greater Manchester Police said: "Shortly after 5.20am on December 15 officers stopped a Mercedes.
"The driver was given a breath test and arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol.
"Following the results of a second breath test conducted in police custody the man was de-arrested."
