After recovering from wrist surgery, Fellaini is desperately battling to overcome a groin injury in order to make a comeback for David Moyes' squad at Arsenal on Wednesday, says the Manchester Evening News.
The £27m buy from Everton last summer hasn't played for the Reds since the Old Trafford defeat by his old club at the beginning of December.
