Man Utd medical chiefs keen for De Gea not to rush back

Manchester United medical chiefs have warned against an early return for David de Gea.

The goalkeeper dislocated a finger in Spain training last week.

The Daily Mail says it was originally suggested that United's No 1 De Gea was going to be out for four weeks, however he could be back before then.
