Man Utd management have Chicharito burnout fears

Manchester United have burnout concerns for Javier Hernandez.

The 22-year-old scored twice against Paraguay on Saturday in the first of two friendlies Mexico are playing this week.

He headed home after six minutes and scored his second after 34 in his country's first game since the World Cup.

Much to Sir Alex Ferguson's delight, new Mexico coach Jose Manuel de la Torre didn't use the United striker for the full 90 minutes and substituted him after 65 minutes, and the player came off to a standing ovation from the crowd in the Oakland Coliseum.

But he is expected to be involved again on Tuesday night when the Mexicans move on down the Californian coast to San Diego where they will play Venezuela, says the Manchester Evening News.

It will mean Chicharito is unlikely to train with his United colleagues until Friday at Carrington after a long-haul trans-Atlantic flight. The Reds then leave for London to prepare to take on the Hammers.
