Manchester United and Manchester City are going head-to-head for RacingGenk attacker Leon Bailey.
The Sun says Bailey, who plays for Genk in Belgium, has been scouted by both the Manchester teams. The 19-year-old has also been linked with Chelsea and Liverpool.
The in-demand Bailey netted twice for Genk in their 3-2 Europa League defeat at Rapid Vienna this week, and was named the best young player in Belgium last season.
Bailey could join the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Thibaut Courtois who came through the ranks at Genk to become stars in the Premier League.
He has yet to appear for Jamaica at full international level, but has starred for his country for the Under-23s.
And Tribalfootball.com can reveal Bailey is on the radar of Belgian FA chiefs as he qualifies for the country and is under consideration for Red Devils coach Roberto Martinez.
