Manchester United and Manchester City are chasing Barcelona winger Pedro.
The Daily Star Sunday says there are claims the winger is close to quitting the Catalan club after losing his regular starting place - particularly in the Champions League.
Barcelona boss Gerardo "Tata" Martino has often preferred Brazil's Neymar or Chile's Alexis Sanchez.
Agent Francois Gallardo said: "Pedro is very angry this season. The player is in a difficult situation and may be sold, although that could be a bad move for Pedro."
Along with the Manchester giants, reigning European champions Bayern Munich could also be interested in the World Cup winner, 26. Bayern are now bossed by Pedro's former Barca manager Pep Guardiola.
