Manchester's big two are rivaling Chelsea for Genoa teen Pietro Pellegri.
The 16 year-old centre-forward scored his first senior goals on the weekend in defeat to Lazio.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte's scouts are well aware of Pellegri's progress and have been actively in contact with Genoa intermediaries about his situation.
However, l Secolo XIX says Manchester City and Manchester United are also watching developments closely.
Genoa president Enrico Preziosi is well aware of the interest and has already slapped a €40m price-tag on Pellegri.
