Manchester United and Manchester City are tracking Dinamo Zagreb pair Alen Halilovic and Mateo Kovacic.

Jutarnji List says United and City have been following the pair for two years, working with local Croatian scouts and experts to build detailed dossiers about the young prospects.

Halilovic, 16, is an attacking midfielder and the son of former Bosnia defender Sejad Halilovi?.

Kovacic, 18, is an U21 Croatia international and was born in Austria.
