Man Utd, Man City battle for Nigerian whiz

The Sun says City faces a battle with Manchester United for 17-year-old Nigerian wonderboy Macauley Chrisantus.

Real Madrid, Barcelona and Ajax are desperate to sign him - and now City and United have joined the dogfight.

Chrisantus' advisor, Chris Nathaniel of NVA management, said: "Macauley's a special talent. Just about every top club in Europe has inquired about him.

"The decision about where he goes will not be based on money. It's about taking him to the right club to develop his football."
