Manchester United are launching a bid for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Hirving Lozano.

TMW says United are preparing a £35.4m (€40m) offer for Mexico's World Cup star Lozano.

The PSV winger dazzled in Russia as one of the breakout stars, inspiring El Tri to a shock victory over Germany and the last 16 stage, where they eventually fell to Brazil.

United are interested in the former Pachuca sensation and a massive offer is in the works, with Barcelona also linked, meaning a bidding war could commence imminently.
