Manchester United are ready to make a massive offer for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas.Sky Sports says United are preparing a £35m bid to bring Fabregas back to England - with an approach to Barca imminent.

Cesc has stated he's happy at the Nou Camp, while Arsenal are understood to have first refusal.

But United's interest remains firm as they seek a replacement for the retired Paul Scholes.
