PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman has again emerged as a transfer target for Manchester United.

The agent of the 22-year old Holland international is now being linked with a summer move to Old Trafford after it was suggested he could be on his way in January according to his representative Chiel Dekker.

"All the top clubs in Europe know about Kevin, but a move to England next summer is his first priority and, yes, Manchester United and other big clubs in Europe have been in touch with me," he told talkSPORT.

Strootman has netted six goals and provided three assists in 20 appearances for PSV so far this season.
