Fresh from sealing deals for Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin, Manchester United are set to go after Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski.
The Daily Telegraph reports that Lewandowski tops Louis van Gaal´s list of strikers to add potency to United´s attack next season, after the departure of Radamel Falcao and Robin van Persie.
The Polish international netted 17 goals last season in the Bundesliga and is valued as one of Bayern´s key players.
In order to secure a deal, it is believed van Gaal would have to pay in the region of £45million for the striker.
