The Premier League appears the most likely January destination for PSV Eindhoven star Ibrahim Afellay.

PSV have announced they will sell the midfielder in the New Year with his contract due to expire in June.

Afellay has declared an ambition to play for Manchester United or Liverpool and while both clubs are keen, the playmaker can also count on offers arriving from Everton and Arsenal in the coming months.
