Manchester United and Liverpool are chasing Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen.

The Daily Express says the Danish midfielder is prepared to listen to offers as he seeks to take the next step in his career.

He has also been linked with moves in the past to Tottenham and Liverpool so is in high demand.

Eriksen made an impression in the Champions League this season when he scored against Manchester City in the group stages.

United need a more creative spark in midfield, albeit they haven't struggled for goals this season.
