Manchester United are being linked with Porto midfielder Fernando.
A Bola says Fernando is a possible arrival at United before Friday's transfer deadline.
The 27-year-old Brazilian has also been scouted by Everton and Liverpool of late but David Moyes is reportedly ready to pip the Merseyside duo to the defensive-minded South American.
