Man Utd let it slip against Arsenal - Young

Manchester United winger Ashley Young has blamed complacency for the slip-up against Arsenal on Sunday.

Young put in a Man of the Match performance at Old Trafford but it was not enough to earn three points for the Red Devils as the game ended 1-1 after Tyler Blackett's own-goal in the 82nd minute cancelled out Ander Herrera's earlier opener.

The 29-year old admitted the disappointment among the United players at the end of the game after letting Arsenal equalize in the second half.

He said: "You saw the players at the end, we let it slip and let Arsenal back into it. We looked comfortable.

"I am delighted with my own performance but it is about the team and we showed spirit.

"I am happy with how things have gone but we would liked to have gone out with a win. I am doing well for the team, getting assists and goals and delighted the manager has shown faith in me."
