In a column for the Daily Mail, Yorke wrote: "Sir Alex Ferguson will help him improve in other areas but he can't coach that. He is similar to Michael Owen in some aspects but I think Hernandez has more ability and movement. His speed sets him apart too.
"I was at United recently talking to Sir Alex about him and he told me that Hernandez was the fastest in the speed tests the club sets them. He has a real burst over 10 yards and his great work-rate and willingness are already being rewarded with goals.
"The only word of warning I have is against labelling a 'future United legend' too early. He has only played a handful of matches so it is best not to get carried away. If he's still playing like this in three or four years, then he will be a legend."
