Manchester United legend Ruud van Nistelrooy admits having a soft spot for Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini.
Van Nistelrooy is taking his coaching badges and fondly remembering his time at United.
He told the Daily Star Sunday: "I will be over to Manchester a couple of times next season I have friends there.
"When I signed for United, I joined a club who had stuck by me. They didn't know and I didn't know if I'd be the same player after my knee injury.
"But Ferguson stuck by me and I still see him on the football circuit.
"Now, I'm taking my coaching badges, step by step. I've been working with the under-17 players at my old club PSV.
"And before that, I enjoyed my time at Malaga with Manuel Pellegrini, who is a good man and a good coach and now in Manchester, of course, with City."
