Manchester United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he's enjoying his new career in charge of Molde.
Solskjaer took on the Molde post after a year running United's reserves team.
He told the Daily Mail: "I enjoy management. I've been a player at the highest level and you think you know it all. Then you're a coach and you have to put sessions on. Then you're a manager and you have to make decisions on the direction of the club, youth development.
"I'm the manager at Molde and I wanted to transfer the role to a traditional English model. It's something I've wanted to do since I was about 10.
"I was always playing Championship Manager, dreaming of being a manager. Then I played for United and thought: No, it's not for me. I have to get away from the headlines, the spotlight and leave football.
"When I got injured and football was taken away from me, I thought: No, I want to stay in football for as long as I can. You can't beat playing football. That's the best. But this is much more challenging."
