Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has been working at Oldham Athletic.

The Manchester Evening News says Scholes rejected the chance to take over at his beloved Oldham Athletic in 2015 following Lee Johnson's departure.

But he has been back at the club this week, taking sessions with the Latics youth team.

It is understood Scholes, who works as a TV pundit, started his UEFA A licence at Blackburn Rovers academy last month.

And Oldham scholar Brendy Glackin tweeted a picture of the treble winner gaining further experience with the club this week.
