Manchester United coach Paul Scholes says their young players will have learned from a failed UEFA Youth League campaign.
United's kids are now preparing for the FA Youth Cup tie with Burnley.
"When you bring players into tournaments like this, it's all about their development and you want them to learn from every game," Scholes told manutd.com. "I think they will have learned a lot from these six games, there have been some fantastic second-half performances that probably were enough to take us through. But if you make too many mistakes, like we did, it goes against you. I'm sure the lads have learned a lot from it and that they will take that into the Youth Cup."
