Thailand boss Bryan Robson has been recalling his Great Escape experienced with West Bromwich Albion.
Albion followed Robson's instructions to the letter, beat Portsmouth 1-0 to stay up and triggered wild celebrations at The Hawthorns.
The former Manchester United captain recalled to the Sunday Mirror: "Just like this year, there were all sorts of permutations, but we were at home and I thought that gave us a great chance as long as we concentrated on what we had to do.
"I told the players to forget the other matches and just do your own job of winning the game.
"You have to have belief in what you are doing, belief in the players and the confidence to take matters into your own hands - and we did.
"We were the first team to survive after being bottom of the Premier League at Christmas, which shows what a difficult task it was. The celebrations at the end demonstrated just what it meant to everyone involved."
