Man Utd legend Robson convinced of big things from Cleverley

Manchester United legend Bryan Robson admits the club expects big things from Tom Cleverley.

The 22-year-old made his first appearance since October in Thursday's 2-0 win at Ajax and looks set to play a key role in the remainder of the campaign after being praised by Sir Alex Ferguson in his enforced absence.

"Tom has done great," Robson told MUTV. "He's been very unfortunate with the injury side of it.

"He could have made a real name for himself as he was getting there but he's got time on his side. We know he's got great ability. He's got to build his reputation up and hopefully he'll become the real top player that a lot of people think he is going to be."
