Manchester United legend Gary Neville joined The Charlatans on stage last night.

The England coach grabbed his guitar and joined band The Charlatans on stage as they played an intimate rooftop gig just a stone's throw from the Theatre of Dreams in Manchester.

The indie rock group entertained a small audience of just 150 people at Neville's Hotel Football, launched earlier this year.

The 40-year-old United legend couldn't resist the opportunity to join lead singer Tim Burgess and the rest of the band on the stage and played along to Just When You're Thinking Things Over.
