Manchester United legend Gary Neville claims Angel di Maria is the superior signing when compared with Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez. Di Maria, 27, and Sanchez, 26, both moved from La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively to join Premier League outfits Man United and Arsenal.
Neville said: "Obviously Sanchez has had a far bigger impact and a better season than Di Maria. But if you would have asked me at the start of the season; Sanchez or Di Maria - I would have said Di Maria.
"I like Sanchez as well, but I would have said Di Maria at the start of the season.
"Di Maria and Shaw will prove to be fantastic signings for United, but they just need to perform to the level and they [Man United] need to get the best out of them."
