Manchester United legend Gary Neville can't see Liverpool nor Tottenham cracking the top four next season.

Neville feels both Tottenham and Liverpool will once again miss out on Champions League qualification.

"I think last year was the bigger opportunity for Tottenham to get in the top four," said Neville, who has tipped Aston Villa to be relegated if they sell Christian Benteke.

"I think this year could be tougher for them because Arsenal will improve greatly from where they were last year.

"I think you will see Arsenal sign two or three players that will really take them forward so Tottenham will have to do the same.

"As for Liverpool, losing Luis Suárez would be a huge blow for them and I don't think they can get into the top four without him."
