Man Utd legend Keane competing with McClaren for Club Bruges job
Manchester United legend Roy Keane is battling Steve McClaren for the job at Club Bruges.
The People says all the talk at the Europa League game at St Andrews on Thursday night between Birmingham City and Bruges was that the Belgians want to snap up a British or Irish manager.
Keane was quickly linked with the Leicester job after Huddersfield boss Lee Clark turned it down this week.
The Manchester United legend is certainly in demand and, judging by his sudden re-appearance on our TV screens - along with Martin O'Neill - Keane is clearly ready to return to management.
McClaren, who quit as Nottingham Forest manager a month ago, held talks with Bruges officials in Paris on Tuesday.
