Ahead of their FA Cup tie, Notts County boss Paul Ince rates Manchester City's Roberto Mancini as one of the best.
Manchester United legend Ince, 43, ranks Mancini as one of the best players he ever played with or against - and as a manager, he rates him just as highly.
He added: "I would throw his name into the ring as one of the best I've played against. But I'll always say Gazza is the best for me.
"As a manager, there have been stories at City about fights on the training pitch.
"That happened all the time at Man Utd, but the way Fergie brought that team together was special.
"That is the art of management, to get all those people playing together. He reminds me of a younger Alex Ferguson, the way Mancini is. He won't take any rubbish. He is different class."
