Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs says Marouane Fellaini was a panic buy by David Moyes.
Moyes succeeded Sir Alex Ferguson as manager at Old Trafford on 1 July, 2013 and spent £27.5m on Belgian midfielder Fellaini on deadline day.
Giggs, who was player-coach under Moyes, told the Telegraph: "I don't blame David.
"United had signed players late in the window before. This time was different. It was more of a panic."
