Sir Alex Ferguson says he enjoyed the introduction of sports science to management during his time at Manchester United.
Ferguson's new book hits this shelves on Tuesday and is set to cover the period from 1999 - when his first autobiography was released - to the time he retired at the end of last season.
He told MUTV: "From then to 2013 were maybe the most exciting years because the changes in management and Manchester United and football were huge - new ownership, new technology, sports science.
"You must embrace the change, you need to have the humility to do that.
"Progress is progress and you cannot stop it."
