Manchester United legend Paddy Crerand says the club was right not to meet the asking price for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Crerand told the Daily Mail: "The fans loved him because of his non-stop style. Wind him up and watch him go. But as for £25m of ability, I'm not sure.
"He said he wasn't happy at not being in the team at United. Is he always gonna be in the team at City then?"
