Andy Cole says England should stick with coach Roy Hodgson.
Cole, 42, thinks that the FA would be making a massive mistake if they decided to reverse their decision and sack Hodgson.
The former Manchester United star thinks that a change of manager wouldn't benefit the team right now, and claimed that there is no stand out candidate to replace the 66-year-old.
He said: "Who else can take the job?
"You've had Sven, Capello, Kevin Keegan, Glen Hoddle, Terry Venables, Howard Wilkinson.
"In England everyone thinks that if you change your manager everything is going to change but it doesn't work.
"If it did work like that everybody would change their manager you know, it just doesn't work."
