Manchester United legend Eric Cantona has urged Jose Mourinho to rethink his plans of who to fill the No7 shirt.
Mourinho is focusing on Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann as his prime target, however Cantona has recommended PSG midfielder Javier Pastore as the man to wear his old number.
"I love Pastore who plays for PSG but he doesn't play," he told FullTimeDevils.
He was then asked if United target Antoine Griezmann could fit that role.
"Yes, why not? But Pastore is very special he surprises you every time he touches the ball, he will surprise you and give the ball to someone that no one saw.
"He surprises all the fans. I think he's a great player. He plays for Argentina but he doesn't play for Paris which is a small club."
PSG have put Pastore up for sale ahead of the January market for a price of €20m.
