Manchester United legend Eric Cantona has slammed the lack of football culture in France.
Cantona has questioned the passion local fans have for their clubs.
He rapped in L'Equipe: "There are six clubs in Rio, like London. In other major cities like Rome, Barcelona. Milan, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Manchester, Istanbul, they have at least two, but in France, there could never be two viable clubs in Paris!
"It is not only the case in Paris, but elsewhere. France is the only country where there are no two top clubs in one city, I mean the first division.
"We must get to the obvious: France has no football culture and has no passion for football. This is the situation today in any case. Maybe that will change."
