Manchester United legend Steve Bruce can see a lot of Eric Cantona in Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The former United captain, who played alongside the charismatic Cantona for four years, says the Old Trafford club have found one in Ibrahimovic.

The striker is so good that Aston Villa boss Bruce said: “The great players could play anywhere – Ibrahimovic could play on the moon!

“Can you imagine what he was like at 25? I saw a stat the other day that he's got 400 goals – 50 in 2016 – and he's 35 and has played virtually every minute this season.

“The tittle-tattle, gossip starts to come out from the club and the United lads are having him. That means he's a player.

“He is that type, like Cantona, who comes in, embraces it and it looks as if it's his stage there at Old Trafford."
