David Beckham is back in Miami to explore the potential site of his expected Major League Soccer franchise.
The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and LA Galaxy midfielder is reportedly teaming up with Bolivian businessman Marcelo Claure to bring a MLS team to south beach Florida but they first need to find an appropriate stadium.
The Miami Herald reported that Beckham, his long-time business partner Simon Fuller, and Claure met with Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez for dinner on Tuesday night.
It was also suggested that the party would inspect possible stadium sites on Wednesday as they begin to take bigger strides into forming a brand new franchise for the Miami area.
Also in the Atlantic coast city this week were the Brazil national team ahead of their friendly with Honduras and their budding superstar Neymar got the chance to meet the great Beckham.
