Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar is delighted for teammate Nani over his improvement ths season.

Van der Sar is now hoping the 22-year-old will take his form to South Africa and boost his impact next term with United.

"This year has been really good for Nani," he told the Manchester Evening News. "Hopefully he can go to the World Cup and have a good one for Portugal and then come back to United and improve again and really make a big push next season and hopefully score more goals."
