Manchester United are ready to hand goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard a bumper new deal.
The Sun on Sunday says the Danish keeper is one of Old Trafford's lowest earners, on around £25,000 a week.
But the £3.5million buy from Norwegian side Aalesund 13 months ago was establishing himself as first choice ahead of £17.8m David de Gea until his ankle injury last month.
And United chiefs plan to reward the 27-year-old with a £40,000-a-week deal.
