Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard was delighted with his cleansheet in victory over Newcastle United.
The Danish goalkeeper made his first appearance in the Barclays Premier League this season in the 4-0 victory, and made two fine saves to deny Magpies striker Papiss Cisse.
"It's a long time since I proved to everyone in the United family that I can still perform at a high level," he told MUTV. "So, a clean sheet was definitely what I personally went for. It felt great to come off after a couple of saves and with a clean sheet, it's a while since I've done that."
