Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea says the derby with Manchester City is reaching the same level as the El Clasico in Spain.

Real Madrid face Barcelona this weekend in a game which could decide the destiny of the Spanish Liga title. And a week later, United are at City in similar circumstances.

De Gea said: "We have five points over City. The derby we'll dispute is the key, we are the ones who have to win because this way we will have the title in our pocket. We are very close but there are still four games that are very complicated and anything can happen.

"The status of United and City reminds me of the La Liga with Real Madrid and Barcelona."
