Man Utd keeper De Gea: I'm stronger for Real Madrid fiasco

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has spoken of his on-off move to Real Madrid this summer.

De Gea says the experience will make him stronger.

"I'm a guy who is happy to leave behind the bad things and difficult times. I experienced hard times and know what it is.

"I must move forward, continuing to work as strong as ever," De Gea told Canal Plus.

"It's a learning process that football offers, hard moments that make you mature and grow. These are things that you learn in the world of football. You have to keep working and try to improve in each training session.

"Everyone who works for the Manchester respect me, I try to help and I am very grateful to them."
