Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has suffered a serious injury in Spain training.
A back injury has ruled out De Gea of Spain's remaining World Cup group games against Chile and Australia.
De Gea and Pepe Reina, Spain's two back-up goalies, have been thrust into the limelight in recent days following Iker Casillas's shocker against the Netherlands.
