Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Amos is seeking a new loan move away.
With David De Gea and Anders Lindegaard currently ahead of him at Manchester United, Amos feels another temporary move would keep him match-sharp.
"My time at Carlisle was great and served its purpose of giving me some consistency, which you can only get by playing games," he told ManUtd.com.
"League One is a really competitive league and I had a lot of work to do in the games. After a couple of games I felt back to my best, so I definitely benefited from it.
"Maybe the plan is to go out on loan and play again because I improved in a short space of time at Carlisle. If I can perhaps play at a higher level somewhere, that will help me."
