Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is having Inter Milan fullback Yuto Nagatomo scouted. Milan-based Sportmediaset says Ferguson regards the Japan international highly and is now having scouts draw up a dossier on the dynamic fullback with the view to signing him in the summer.

Nagatomo has already attracted enquiries from Real Madrid this season and confessed being "flattered" by rumours of big club interest from across Europe.
