Manchester United are being linked with Sporting Lisbon striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel.
Record says United, Norwich City and Newcastle United are all following the Dutchman, who is set to be cashed in by Sporting at the end of the season.
United scouts have been regulars in Alvalade to see Van Wolfswinkel, with assistant manager Mike Phelan confirming their interest last year.
Norwich City failed with a bid of €7 million rising to €10 million based on appearances and success last month, while Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew is also an admirer.
