News of Manchester United being interested in Real Madrid star Kaka has kicked AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi into action. Corriere dello Sport says Berlusconi has asked Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani this week to make one final bid for Kaka.

Milan have no interest in buying Kaka, but instead will push for a season-long loan.

The Rossoneri are hoping their good relationship with Real, particularly with president Florentino Perez, will swing the deal in their favour.
