Manchester United have made enquiries after AS Monaco fullback Benjamin Mendy.

TMW says Napoli are keen to sign the Frenchman this summer, however intermediaries have learned of rival interest from United.

United boss Jose Mourinho has big concerns over his fullback options and is considering a move for Mendy.

The defender revealed interest from Arsenal last season, before he chose to move to ASM from Marseille.

The left-back is seen by Mourinho as a potential replacement for Luke Shaw.
