Manchester United icon Ryan Giggs has no regrets over his Wales retirement.
Giggs is sure he made the right decision to retire and won't return, even though pal Gary Speed is now boss.
He said: "I played with Gary and I'm in touch with him. I've told him I would help in any way but coaching would be tough at the moment because I am still doing my badges.
"There was never a chance of me saying I would play again. I'm at the stage that, when an international break comes, it's a good time for me to rest up."
