Man Utd icon Giggs eyeing Wales job

Manchester United player-coach Ryan Giggs admits he's chasing the Wales coach.

Giggs joined David Moyes' new-look back-room staff over the summer.

Asked if he would like to manage Wales in the future beyond current chief Chris Coleman, he replied: "If you've played for your country and then you go into management then yes, of course.

"It's like when you are a player starting out. You want to play for the team you supported or you're at. I did that. You want to play for my country. I did that. And it's similar to being a manager.

"But I'm no fool. You can't just walk into a job because you had a career in the game. You have to be deserving of managing your country because it's a massive honour."
